Health and wellness is pivotal to my success, to live congruently with what truly matters to me, and to maximise my ability to be active, engaged and confident in all areas of my life. I believe wellness permeates all areas of life and we must focus on wellness as true wealth to give ourselves the best chance we have of creating the energy we need to truly live the life we choose.
Stress is a major contributor to our wellness, health, how we experience the world, how we behave and how we choose to embrace the emotions we all have as humans. I believe that in order for us to be truly well we must give ourselves permission to talk about and change our relationship with stress.
The Biochemical of how we experience it inside our bodies, the Behavioural in how we choose to react and respond and how that in turn impacts our stress and lastly to give ourselves permission to embrace our Emotions. To embrace that we all feel Fear and that stress is a function of the fears we all have. The greatest challenge is to allow ourselves to feel what we feel rather than distract, avoid, judge and push it down only to carry on which creates more stress.
The loop or cycle appears like and feels like it will never end. Only it can, it will require work and you will have to choose.
